Territory Business Manager || General Medicine || Sirsa

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for achieving the sales targets assigned to your territory/geography. You will need to carry out effective field work independently and report your activities on a daily basis using the online system provided. It is crucial to meet the Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Your core responsibilities will include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and promoting the Division's products according to the strategy. Building strong relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists is essential. Additionally, you will be involved in facilitating strategy building and acting as a good Brand Ambassador for the company. Qualification Required: - Minimum Education: BSc/B. Pharma. - Experience/Training Required: 2+ years of experience. Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered. Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy area will be preferred. Those from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage. Fluency and confidence in communication are key attributes for this role.,
