Job Description

As a part of the Abbott team, your role involves analysing and preparing a working plan for the territory based on provided data and market research. You will be responsible for following up, monitoring, and achieving targets for the territory, as well as implementing and executing all strategies effectively. Stakeholder engagement with doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. It is essential to maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to set timelines for various internal processes. Basic computer skills including working with Excel, Word, and email exchanges are required. Being a fast learner and adaptable to market changes is key, along with strong verbal communication skills in English and the local language. Your role also involves delivering effective in-clinic performance, possessing a basic understanding and ability to explain anatomy, physiology, and the product portfolio. Organizing camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs, conducting prescription audits for Abbott and competitor brands, and generating POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan are integral parts of your responsibilities. Qualification Required: - B.Sc. / B.Pharma.
