Tendering Manager

As an Executive / Senior Executive in the SCM (Tender Department) at a Construction company in Pune, your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing tender documents (technical and commercial) to identify requirements, deadlines, and key deliverables. - Coordinating with engineering, finance, and project teams to collect necessary data for tender proposals. - Maintaining a tracker for tenders floated, submitted, won, and lost, along with conducting analysis. - Floating enquiries to approved vendors and obtaining competitive quotations. - Conducting technical and commercial evaluations of vendor offers in collaboration with technical teams. - Preparing comparative statements and recommending vendor selection based on evaluation criteria. - Keeping accurate records of tenders, purchase orders, correspondence, and approvals. - Identifying cost-saving opportunities through alternative sourcing and supplier development. - Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the SCM and Tender functions. Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in SCM Contracts for Civil Interior Fitouts. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
