Tendering Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify relevant tenders through online portals and industry sources (GeM, CPP, eProcurement, etc.)
  
• Study tender documents, terms & conditions, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
  
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical and commercial inputs.
  
• Prepare and submit

  EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, prequalification documents

  , and detailed bid proposals.
• Handle

  pricing strategy, bid costing, and financial documentation

  .
• Ensure timely submission of tenders in both online and offline formats.
  
• Manage all post-bid follow-ups, clarifications, and negotiation processes.
  
• Maintain documentation and MIS for submitted, won, and lost tenders.
  
• Liaise with government agencies, PSUs, and private clients for bid-related discussions.
  
• Track bid performance and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of

  tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, State portals)

• Commercial & financial bid preparation
  
• Excellent

  documentation & communication skills

• Understanding of

  legal, tax, and compliance clauses

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple bids simultaneously
