As a Technical Sales Coordinator, your role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial offers. Your responsibilities will include: - Arranging technical clarification from customers for tendering queries - Coordinating with the Tendering Team for timely and correct offer submission - Optimizing offers before negotiation - Accompanying the Sales Team Leader (STL) for techno-commercial negotiations when possible - Coordinating with customers for their techno-commercial compliances as required or advised by STL - Making vendor approval submittals - Coordinating for receipt of advances from customers as per purchase order terms - Collaborating with the Design Team for on-time drawing submissions incorporating all design inputs - Ensuring timely drawing approval and release for planning, procurement, and manufacturing - Coordinating with Operations, Manufacturing, and customers for inspections - Attending consultant and customer meetings in the absence of STL during inspections - Obtaining Bank Guarantee formats from customers and coordinating with the finance department for approval and timely submission - Retrieving expired Bank Guarantees from customers as per finance department instructions - Collecting all commercial documents and ensuring compliances as per finance department requirements - Coordinating with clients for expected schedules of Estimated Time of Completion (ETC) - Ensuring customer care meets client requirements - Coordinating with Customer Care for commissioning and final handing over reports, along with feedback for records - Updating all ECL and sales data in SAP for monthly reports Should you have any queries or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact HR Pawan at 8368762469 or email at hr@job24by7.com.,
