1. Responsible for preparation of tender documents for Chemicals, Oil, gas sectors. Prior background in tendering (industrial/ infrastructure) will be preferred
2. Should have Proficiency in bid documentation for end-to-end Bid management/Tendering for Govt. clients/ PSUs
1. Well versed with bidding process at government/ GEM portals. Downloading of tenders and maintaining database.
2. Preparing pre-qualification documents, EOI, Bids.
3. Coordinating with central functions for bid compliance (accounts, legal, FICO, etc.)
4. Generation of relevant MIS reports/ tender tracking updates
5. Maintaining documentation and correspondence of BD activities and updating of credentials on regular basis
6. Preparing all tender MIS
