Position:-

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Tendering and Marketing Executive. The role involves preparing and managing tender submissions, conducting market research and planning, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements. The candidate will also actively participate in sales and marketing efforts to support business growth and establish strong industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Ability to analyze industry trends and develop strategic marketing initiatives
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry or marine logistics is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering ( especially useful for Technical -Commercial Bids) or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Work Experience : Minimum 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret & summarize tender documents
• Prepare and compile complete bid submissions
• Compare past & current tenders and highlight changes
• Coordinate with Technical, Operations & Accounts teams
• Handle client communication & vendor registrations
• Maintain tender tracker (Live / Closed / Upcoming)
• Scout for new vessel enquiries (travel 2–3 times/month)
• Prepare/understand BIMCO Charter Party Agreements
• Manage vendor registrations & client communication
• Support marketing campaigns & promotional activities
• Conduct market research & analyze target audience.

Additional Requirements

• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PDF tools)
• Knowledge of e-tender portals (GeM/CPPP/eProcurement)
• Excellent communication & documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline
• Ability to work under pressure
