Tender Search & Evaluation: Monitor tender portals, shortlist opportunities, maintain Excel logs.
Document Preparation: Coordinate technical & financial bids, fill BOQs, cost sheets, annexures.
Submission & Tracking: Upload on GeM/CPPP, track submissions & results in Excel.
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare bills as per milestones, update payment trackers.
Documentation: Maintain organized digital records of all tender files & invoices.
Any Graduate
Fluent in English & Hindi
Proficiency in Excel & document management
Strong coordination & organizational skills
