Job Description

Tender Search & Evaluation -
Monitor portals, shortlist relevant tenders.Record in Excel: tender no., client, deadline, EMD, status.

Tender Document Preparation -
Coordinate with teams for tech/financial bids.Fill BOQ, cost sheets, annexures in Excel.

Tender Submission-
Upload documents to portals (GeM, CPPP).Log submissions with version/date in Excel.

Follow-up & Result Tracking-
Track tender openings, results.Update Excel with outcome and competitor pricing.

Billing & Invoicing-
Prepare bills as per work order/milestones.Maintain billing & payment tracker in Excel.

Documentation & Records-
Archive tender files, invoices, and approvals.Ensure organized digital record-keeping
