Tender Manager (Lighting Industry)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Manager in the lighting industry at Jyoti Placement Services. The position is based in Noida. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including coordinating with various departments, preparing bid documents, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role includes evaluating and selecting suitable tenders, analyzing competitor bids, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

A Tender Manager oversees the entire tender process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to ensure successful contract acquisition. 

Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification and Analysis:

• Research and identify potential tender opportunities, analyze tender documents, and assess requirements. 

• Bid Strategy and Planning:

• Develop strategies and plans to win tenders, considering pricing, compliance, and competitive advantages. 

• Proposal Development:

• Coordinate with various teams (e.g., sales, marketing, technical) to gather necessary information, write compelling proposals, and ensure timely submissions. 

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all tenders comply with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. 

• Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the tender process. 

• Tender Process Management:

• Manage the tender schedule, track progress, and ensure timely and accurate submissions. 

• Negotiation and Contract Review:

• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers and clients, and review contract conditions. 

• Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of all tender documentation and correspondence
