Tender Manager (Lighting Industry)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Manager (Lighting Industry) located in Noida. The Tender Manager will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders, managing the tender process, and ensuring that all tenders comply with the relevant standards and specifications. The individual will work closely with the sales, technical, and legal teams to gather necessary information and will also liaise with clients to understand their requirements. The goal is to secure contracts by delivering high-quality and competitive tender documents.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership abilities
• Experience in Broadcasting is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Relevant experience in the lighting industry is an advantage
