Hiring: Tender Executive

Be our key player in securing new business.You won't just process paperwork; you'll manage the entire tender lifecycle—from identifying the right opportunities to crafting and submitting competitive, winning bids that drive company growth.
Key Tasks:
· Source & Analyze: Proactively hunt for and evaluate tender opportunities that fit our strategic goals.
· Collaborate & Create: Partner with technical and finance teams to gather inputs and build a strong, compliant bid.
· Execute & Submit: Prepare, review, and ensure the timely and accurate submission of compelling proposals.
· Organize & Track: Maintain a clean database of all tender documents and track submission status.
Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of hands-on tender management experience.
· A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proficiency with MS Office and major e-tendering portals.
· Sharp organizational skills and strong communication.
