Roles & Responsibilities : Managed vendor registrations on government e-portals. Created, updated, and maintained tender-related data. Coordinated with the sales and technical teams to collect inputs required for preparing accurate and competitive bids. Ensured timely submission of tenders and tracked their status on respective portals. Maintained a database of active tenders, submission timelines, and bid outcomes for analysis. Worked on document formatting, BOQ filling, and pricing strategy in alignment with company policy. Monitored daily tender notifications and alerts from multiple sources and shortlisted relevant tenders. Coordinate with Senior. Coordination with site staff regarding the BOQ. Handling the site billing, client billing, contractor billing etc. Training will be provided.
