01 To 03 Years As A Tender Executive.
Any Graduation.
1- Data Collection from Tender search portals and other websites, downloading tender requisitions.
2- Enquiries related to printing from various Websites.
3- Preparation of bid submissions, documentation, and quoting tenders online and offline.
4- Experience in quoting tenders in the Government, semi-government, Corporate, and Private sectors.
5- Forwarding Rate Enquiries to Respective authorities and quoting government tenders.
6- Preparing a competitive chart of BIDDERS participating in Tenders.
7- If tenders require EMD/BANK GUARANTEE, follow up with the bank for the Preparation of EMD and bank guarantee.
8- Follow up for refund of EMD, Bank guarantee.
9- In coordination with the sales/billing team, dispatch goods of tenders awarded.
10- Ensure repeated order generation.
11- Should be proactive in finding new Products online.
1- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
4- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
5- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
