Tender Executive / Proposal Engineer is responsible for preparing and coordinating technical and commercial proposals in response to tenders, RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and RFPs (Requests for Proposal). This role requires close coordination with internal departments (engineering, finance, legal, procurement, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant submission of competitive bids. Key Responsibilities: Tender Preparation: Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual terms. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to client requirements. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, and applicable standards. Coordination and Communication: Liaise with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance, legal) for inputs and approvals. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical details when necessary. Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client clarifications as needed. Documentation and Submission: Compile and format tender documents including scope, methodology, timelines, and compliance matrices. Ensure timely submission of proposals in the required format (online portals, physical copies, etc.).
