Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with a background in Civil, Interior, or Construction to manage tendering processes for our commercial and government projects. The ideal candidate will handle the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and review tender opportunities from various portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, E-Tendering platforms)
• Prepare and compile tender documents as per RFP/RFQ requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (estimation, billing, design, etc.) to gather necessary inputs
• Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial documents
• Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation
• Maintain records of all submitted and upcoming tenders
• Follow up with clients and authorities for updates on tender status
• Assist in vendor registration and documentation updates on government portals
• Prepare compliance sheets, checklists, and summary reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the interior or construction industry
• Familiarity with government and private sector tendering processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), emails, and documentation
• Knowledge of online tender portals (e.g., GEM, E-Tender, CPPP, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 18,000 – Rs. 22,000 (Based on experience and skills)
