Job Description – Tender Executive **Job Title:** Tender Executive **Location:** Indore, MP **Reporting To:** Tender Manager / Business Development Head Job Summary: The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders/bids for government and private projects, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for timely submissions. Key Responsibilities: · Search and identify relevant government/private tenders on portals. · Prepare tender documentation, technical and financial bids as per requirements. · Maintain accurate documentation and records of submitted tenders. · Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for required documents. · Track tender status, follow up with authorities, and ensure timely submissions. · Manage e-tendering portals and online bid submissions. · Prepare MIS reports for tenders applied and results. Qualifications: Graduate (Any Stream, Commerce/Management preferred). 1–3 years of experience in tendering/e-procurement (Freshers with knowledge of e-tender portals may also apply). Skills: · Knowledge of GEM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals. · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF). · Strong documentation and analytical skills. · Ability to work under deadlines. · Good communication and coordination skills.
