Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Tender Executive / Senior Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 4 years of experience in handling medical equipment tenders, with a strong understanding of Q1, Q2, and Q3 categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze relevant government and institutional tenders for medical equipment

Prepare and submit accurate tender documents and quotations

Upload products and manage listings under Q1, Q2, and Q3 categories

Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications, certifications, and documentation

Ensure timely submission of tenders with proper compliance to guidelines

Maintain records of submitted bids, results, and updates on GEM or other platforms

Follow up on tender status and support in post-tender documentation and procedures

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline (preferably in Science/Engineering)

2 4 years of hands-on experience in medical equipment tendering

Familiarity with Q1, Q2, Q3 classification in medical tenders

Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM) preferred

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office and tender portals
