Key responsibilities of such a role:
Ø Going through tender portals.
Ø Studying tender documents.
Ø Assistance in the preparation and submission of tender documents, bids, and proposals.
Ø Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensuring all submissions as per compliance within strict deadlines.
Ø Supporting senior staff in maintaining the tender database and tracking bid status.
Ø Visiting the municipal corporations for attending pre-bid meets, submitting tender documents as and when required.
Ø Coordinating with accounts department for release/refund of EMD & security deposit.
Ø Routine activities like sending outstanding payment emails to customers viz. municipal corporations.
Experience - 0-3 years
Education - 12th / Graduate
Salary range - 18 to 25000 PM.
