Job Description

We are seeking a Tender Executive with technical experience required for (Solar Projects) with hands-on experience in preparing, submitting, and managing tenders for solar EPC projects, rooftop solar, and other renewable energy works. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant solar tenders on government and private e-procurement portals, preparing technical and financial bid documents, coordinating with vendors, consultants, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with tender specifications and eligibility criteria. The role requires a strong understanding of solar project tendering (including MNRE, SECI, DISCOM, and state tenders), BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling solar tenders, excellent knowledge of the solar EPC domain, and strong communication and organizational skills to drive successful bidding outcomes.
