Job Title Sales Coordinator – Tender and domestic sales

Job Purpose / Objective: To manage and coordinate domestic inside sales operations, including distributor

management and government tender business. The role ensures seamless communication, documentation, order

processing, and cross-departmental coordination to support efficient sales execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track new tender opportunities from various sources (government, private sector, online portals, etc.).
• Prepare, compile, and submit tenders/bids within stipulated deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary documents and information.
• Analyze tender documents and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a database of tender submissions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Liaise with clients and vendors for clarifications related to tender requirements.
• Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, and meet client requirements.
• Prepare reports on tender status, success rates, and competitor analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of tendering processes, RFPs, RFQs, and bid management.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
• Understanding of industry-specific standards and regulations (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of government and private tender processes is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,260.36 - ₹45,746.92 per month
