Job Responsibilities:
Upload and manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, and other online marketplaces.
Handle daily order processing, dispatch coordination, and tracking updates.
Maintain and update online catalogues with accurate product details, pricing, and images.
Monitor inventory levels, stock updates, and coordinate with warehouse/operations team.
Resolve platform-related issues, manage returns, and ensure timely customer communication.
Analyze sales reports, product performance, and suggest improvements for listing visibility.
Requirements:
Knowledge of e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Meesho, etc.
Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with operations and customer support teams.
Basic understanding of online marketplace policies and seller dashboards.
