Evaluate eligibility criteria, scope of work, and technical requirements for each tender.
Coordinate with technical and finance teams to collect necessary data (test parameters, pricing, turnaround times, certifications, etc.).
Prepare and validate commercial bids as per tender requirements.
Ensure timely submission of tenders through online or offline modes.
Liaise with clients, government departments for clarifications and updates.
Coordinate internally with the laboratory team for technical clarifications and data support.
Follow up on tender results and assist in post-tender negotiations or contract finalization
Maintain tender status trackers and records of submitted, won, and lost tenders.
Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals and procedures (GeM, CPPP, etc.)
Number of tenders identified and submitted
Accuracy and compliance of submitted documents

Bachelor's degree in Science (Environmental Science/Chemistry) or Commerce; MBA or Diploma in Business Administration preferred.
2-5 years of experience in tendering, preferably in environmental testing, analytical laboratory, or engineering services sector.
