Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Complete responsibilities for perfroming the sampling activities of Fish and fishery Products, ice and water Samples as per the ITC/CHN/GSOP/ 002

Complete responsibilities for perfroming the sampling activities of food and agricultural products and oil seeds as per ITC/CHN/GSOP 052 & ITC/CHN/GSOP 047

Responsible for maintaining traceability sampling data sheet and sampling activities

Responsible for maintaining sampling records

Perform relevant operation within the authorized scope according to quality policy of the laboratory

Responsible for the maintaining of Sampling Kit

Handling the samples with utmost care to avoid cross contamination

Responsible to maintain hygienic condition during Microbiological sampling

Responsible for packing and proper transporting of sampled products

Responsible for ensuring the samples to be reached the laboratory with safe and good condition within specified time of within 24 hours of sample drawn

Responsible to comply with health and safety policies and Produced developed by laboratory

The sampler must get a from customer site filled Test Request form, following the Test parameters, Purpose and specification as well as customer signature and seal
