Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for Candidate skiilled in Online Tender& Gems Manager. He / She will be responsible for managing the entire process of online tenders, from identifying opportunities to coordinating submissions and ensuring compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with external vendors. Responsibilities: 1 - Monitor online Gems tender platforms to identify relevant opportunities for procurement. 2 - Analyze bid documents, including specifications, terms, and evaluation criteria. 3 - Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and documentation for tender submissions. 4 - Prepare and submit tender responses in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 5 - Liaise with external vendors to clarify requirements and negotiate terms as necessary. 6 - Track and report on tender outcomes, including success rates and areas for improvement.
