Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Tender& Gems Manager The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process of online tenders, from identifying opportunities to coordinating submissions and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities: Monitor online Gems tender platforms to identify relevant opportunities for procurement. Analyze bid documents, including specifications, terms, and evaluation criteria. Track and report on tender outcomes, including success rates and areas for improvement. Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on tender-related matters. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing online tenders, preferably in a similar industry or organization. Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulations. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex bid documents and make informed decisions. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in tender submissions.
