Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and track relevant tenders through government portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement, etc.).

* Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.

* Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.

* Ensure accuracy and completeness of tender documents.

* Maintain records of submitted tenders, follow-ups, and results.

* Liaise with clients, vendors, and government departments for clarification and compliance.

* Assist in contract agreements, vendor registrations, and renewals.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Equivalent.

* –3 years of experience** in tendering, bid management, or business development.

* Knowledge of GeM portal, eTendering platforms, and government procurement processes.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
