Tender Executive (Civil & Government Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze relevant government and PSU tenders related to civil, infrastructure, or facility management work.
• Prepare technical & financial bids, documentation, and compliance papers.
• Upload bids on GeM / eProcurement / CPPP / department portals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ, estimation, and tender documentation.
• Handle pre-bid queries, EMD, performance guarantee, and vendor registrations.
• Maintain records of all tenders (submitted, won, lost, pending).
• Follow up with government departments for results, clarifications, and project updates.
• Assist management in proposal preparation and tender presentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in government/civil tendering.
• Strong understanding of CPPP, GeM, eProcurement systems.
• Knowledge of BOQ, EMD, PBG, NIT, work order process.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF editing).
• Excellent communication & documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders under deadlines.

Education Qualification:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering / B.Com / BBA / MBA or related field.
• Preference to candidates with experience in civil or facility management tenders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
