Tender Executive / Budgeting Consultant

About Us: Artnuma Infra Private Limited is in the civil construction and interior contracting industry. We deliver high-quality commercial, residential, retail, and institutional projects across Delhi/NCR. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled Tender Executive / Budgeting Consultant with strong expertise in cost estimation and tender management for civil construction projects.

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in budgeting, rate analysis, and tendering processes. The role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing market rates, and supporting the team in securing new projects through competitive tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for civil construction projects

· Maintain updated knowledge of material, labor, and equipment rates in the market

· Assist in tender preparation, submission, and documentation

· Conduct rate analysis, budget forecasting, and value engineering studies

· Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing

· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for rate quotations

· Support project teams with budget monitoring and cost control during execution

· Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements in tendering

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying (Master’s preferred)

· 5–10 years of experience in tendering, budgeting, or cost estimation in civil construction

· Strong knowledge of Delhi/NCR construction market rates

· Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Salary: CTC up to ₹ 7–9 Lakh per annum (depending on experience and expertise)
