Tender Executive

Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Executive (Fresher) to support our tendering and documentation processes. This role is ideal for candidates who may not have a formal degree but possess strong computer skills and a willingness to learn. You will be assisting in preparing and submitting tenders for government and private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and track tender opportunities through online portals and websites.
• Assist in downloading and organizing tender documents.
• Prepare basic documentation, letters, and forms required for tenders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information.
• Ensure tenders are submitted on time and in the correct format.
• Maintain records of tenders submitted and upcoming deadlines.
• Support with vendor registration on e-procurement platforms (e.g., GeM, CPP, etc.).
• Follow up with departments for post-tender clarification and updates.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good typing speed and document formatting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the tendering and procurement field.

Education:

• No formal degree required, but higher secondary education (12th pass) is preferred.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of online tendering portals like GeM, CPPP, etc.
• Experience in filing or administrative roles is an advantage.
