Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in handling tenders published on various portals, apart from Non-GEM, GEM, and other government portals, in the related industry.

- Prepare and coordinate documents for e-Tendering, including studying tender documents, qualification criteria, scope of work, and meeting deadlines.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and inputs for tender responses.

- Assist in preparing and compiling financial and technical bid submission documents, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.

- Ensure tenders are submitted consistently ahead of deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.

- Maintain accurate records of tenders, including submission deadlines, tender outcomes, and feedback.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the Manufacturing.

- Proven track record of successfully managing tenders and achieving deadlines.

- Strong knowledge of government tendering portals and DSCs.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
