Tender Executive

The Tender Executive manages the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids and handling post-submission activities. This role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification & Analysis: Monitor tender portals, analyze RFPs/RFQs, and assess business fit.
• Bid Preparation & Submission: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance) and communicate with clients for clarifications.
• Post-Submission Activities: Manage EMD/BG requirements, track tender results, and maintain relationships.
• Other: Maintain tender records, prepare reports, and assist with contract negotiations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of tendering processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with e-tendering platforms is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
