Experience required 2-5 years Solar Project In-Charge is responsible for managing solar power projects from start to finish. This includes planning, checking the site, supervising installation work, ensuring safety, and making sure the project is complete Main Responsibilities: Project Planning: Visit the site and check if it’s suitable for solar installation. Help plan the project timeline and make sure all materials are ready. Site Supervision: Oversee the work at the site and guide the team (engineers, technicians, and workers). Make sure the solar system is installed correctly and safely. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, set goals, and foster collaboration. Risk & Quality Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure high standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, create MIS reports, and keep senior management and stakeholders informed of project status.
