JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

This Person will be responsible for maintaining a secure and controlled testing environment, ensuring the integrity of the testing process, and providing excellent customer service to test takers. This position is essential in upholding the credibility and fairness of our testing procedures. In addition, during times when proctoring is not required, this individual will assist the operations team with various clerical tasks as needed & required to do some admin/facility work.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We seek a responsible and detail-oriented Individual for our Testing Center. The Person will be liable for keeping a safe and controlled testing environment, assuring the integrity of the testing process, and delivering excellent customer assistance to test takers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Set up testing rooms with the needed materials and equipment before each exam session.

2. Check-in test takers, verify their identity and ensure compliance with testing rules and regulations.

3. Monitor test takers throughout the exam to prevent cheating and maintain test security.

4. Provide courteous and professional assistance to test takers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

5. Enforce testing policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of the testing process.

6. Report any irregularities, violations, or suspicious behaviour to appropriate authorities.

7. Preserve proper records of test taker attendance and happenings during exams.

8. Assist in organising and coordinating test sessions.

9. Collaborate with testing center staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

In addition, during times when proctoring is not required, this individual will assist the exam team with various clerical tasks as needed & required to do some admin/facility work.

Minimum Qualifications and Education:

Skills Sets / Specialized knowledge:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict guidelines and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain composure in high-stress situations.
  • Good computer skills and Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Posses with strong Verbal/written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of testing rules, regulations, and security protocols (training will be provided).
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills.
  • Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience as a proctor or in a facility management role is a plus
