Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teller, located in Puri. The Teller will be responsible for performing typical teller activities such as handling deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking transactions. The role requires maintaining accurate records of transactions, addressing customer inquiries, promoting bank products and services, and ensuring compliance with all banking regulations. Excellent customer service and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling cash transactions and customer-based banking operations
• Skills in maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
• Proficiency in promoting bank products and identifying customer needs
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Puri
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
