Job Summary: At HEXAARCH, We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to reach out to potential customers, provide information about our products/services, and generate sales or appointments. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly. Follow up with leads and close sales or appointments. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned. Maintain call logs, reports, and performance feedback. Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales, marketing, or support teams as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate. Proven experience of minimum 1 year as telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software). Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or telemarketing. Multilingual skills will be an added advantage.
