Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Provide accurate information about products/services Coordinate with other departments to solve complex problems Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure to introduce Cummins-powered solutions. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits of industrial equipment like DG sets and engines. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Performance Targets: Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
