Telecaller for an EV charging station company primarily handles customer interaction, sales support, and database management, focusing on educating clients about the benefits and technical aspects of EV charging. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Education: Explain the benefits and features of electric vehicles and charging solutions (e.g., rapid charging, cost savings) to potential customers, which may include auto drivers, small business owners, and local customers.
• Query Resolution: Answer customer questions clearly, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex technical queries or complaints to the appropriate technical team for resolution.
• Sales and Appointment Setting: Identify potential leads, schedule appointments, demo sessions, or test rides for interested customers, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer details, call records, and lead status in a CRM system or Excel sheets to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Follow-Up and Feedback: Systematically follow up on non-contactable leads and record customer feedback and insights to share with marketing and sales teams.
• Communication Quality: Ensure professional, empathetic, and clear communication in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree in any stream is often preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in the local language (e.g., Hindi) and basic English communication skills are typically required.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of EV technology, including batteries and charging systems, may be beneficial.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with basic office software like Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems for data entry.
• Soft Skills: Good listening skills, patience, and the ability to explain technical information in simple language.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
