Native-level fluency in Hindi (both spoken and written).
Good communication skills in English and Hindi for internal coordination.
26 years of experience in sales, business development, or call center roles (preferably
outbound).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage people over calls/video.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
Prior experience in influencer management, talent onboarding, or partner engagement.
Exposure to tech-based or content-driven platforms.
