Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential partners who submit interest forms via our recruitment portal. Conduct calls and video interactions in Hindi to explain the opportunity. Guide partners through the onboarding process and help resolve any issues. Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversion, and engagement. Collaborate with the internal team to refine recruitment scripts, processes, and targets. Requirements Native-level fluency in Hindi (both spoken and written). Good communication skills in English and Hindi for internal coordination. 26 years of experience in sales, business development, or call center roles (preferably outbound). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage people over calls/video. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely. Nice to Have Prior experience in influencer management, talent onboarding, or partner engagement. Exposure to tech-based or content-driven platforms.
