Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Agent located in Gurugram. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, following up on customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, training and guiding customers through our offerings, and maintaining detailed and accurate records of communications. This role will play a crucial part in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Strong Communication and Sales skills
Experience in Training customers on products and services
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
