Your responsibilities will include leveraging your expertise in Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Support to cater to client needs effectively. Moreover, your role will demand excellent communication capabilities, both verbal and written, to engage with clients proficiently. In addition to customer interaction, your position will require training customers on various products/services, showcasing your training abilities.
