Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Kozhikode. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, explaining product features, and closing sales. This role also encompasses providing customer service, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in training sessions to enhance sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
