Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our franchise development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales and will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding new franchise partners through structured communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (distributors, retailers, small pharma businesses, and others) for franchise opportunities.
  • Explain the franchise model, product offerings, benefits, and onboarding process.
  • Qualify leads based on interest level, investment capacity, and geographic availability.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure closure and proper documentation of interested clients.
  • Schedule virtual onboarding sessions and assist clients with form submissions through our website.
  • Maintain a lead database in the CRM system and ensure timely updates and reporting.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for region-specific campaigns and product promotions.
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead conversions and franchise onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (regional language knowledge is a plus).
  • Knowledge of the pharma franchise model or prior experience in a similar domain is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and digital onboarding platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience working with pharma distributors or channel partners.
