Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Telesales Representative to join our team at Roop Vatika Design PVT LTD. This on-site role is based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone, providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, promoting our products, and closing sales. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain the features and benefits of products or services.
• Convert leads into customers by effectively pitching offers.
• Maintain a database of customers and update call records.
• Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel / CRM tools.

Salary : 18K to 25K
