Job Description: We are hiring Graduate Freshers with excellent verbal communication skills (V3 level) for our Customer Service Process Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to banking or insurance queries. Provide accurate information regarding policies, procedures, and services. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. Maintain proper documentation and call logs. Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up as needed.
