Role Overview

As a Telecaller at Intelpod, you will play a key role in generating leads, engaging with prospects, and closing sales in regions beyond field sales team coverage. You will also provide qualified leads to sales executives and coordinate with them to ensure smooth territory-wise sales achievement. This role demands strong communication skills, persistence, and proficiency in Excel for daily reporting and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Make

  30+ outbound calls daily

  to potential customers across Kerala.
• Contact and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and company databases.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.

• Close sales independently

  in areas where no field executive is assigned.
• Schedule appointments and hand off leads to field executives where applicable.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and reports in Excel.
• Coordinate with the field sales team to align on territory coverage and customer handling.
• Share brochures, catalogs, and promotional content via WhatsApp/Email.
• Collect customer feedback and update the sales team with market insights.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum

  1–2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience

  (healthcare, wellness, fitness, or hospitality sectors preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Strong

  communication skills

  in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil an advantage).
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  for reporting and tracking sales activities.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
• Team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with sales executives.
