Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting our services. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, providing customer support, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. Additionally, the Telesales Representative will collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and provide feedback for improvement.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Client Support experience
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Ability to provide and receive Training effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
