HOOQX is a fast-growing company in the FMCG sector, focused on delivering value-driven products and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for an experienced Telesales Representative to join our team in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate product information.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales (domestic process mandatory).
• Prior experience in FMCG telesales will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and work towards achieving targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Only Kolkata-based candidates may apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on last drawn salary and experience).
