Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

• Energetic, confident

Requirements: -

• Preferably inside sales experience (Perfect recruitment/staffing/ Job portal industry).
• Good to be experience in any Sales, Telesales, BPO, Outbound/ Inbound, Lead Generation, Customer service etc.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Fresher is also eligible with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities: -

• Make cold calls as per available data and conduct regular follow-up to gather and successfully close leads into sales
• Doing Outbound Telesales and Generating leads from LinkedIn and Job portal etc.
• Communicating With customers, making outbound calls to potential customers.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Fixed the meeting with enterprises customers and keep the Follow-ups on a daily basis.
• Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
